Today we went to the school to get Thorben's schedule and we walked around the school to give him a tour and introduce him to his teachers. We walked around the entire school....areas we had never been....including the Masonry/Construction Classrooms and the Chorus room---which is where Thorben's homeroom meets. He has Coach Baldwin for homeroom....:) He has Music Theory for first period, Theatre for second, English for third and Crime and Justice for fourth...with Taladay. It sounds like a fun class...they don't have a textbook but do worksheets and watch crime drama shows like law and order and then discuss them....I told the counselor that I would love to take that class. We met the theater teacher who seems really nice...he showed Thorben the theater and said that he may allow his first year students be in one of the productions.
Ms. Miller had computer problems today so we met in Ms. Stanislaw's office.
